How it works

  • The Fit & Free Kickstart is an On-Demand program that you may access for 7 days.
  • Upon choosing this program and downloading the Fit With Toyea App, you will follow login instructions, complete onboarding questions, and access your free kickstart.
  • Access your workouts on the Home Page each day by pressing the program photo. Press Start, follow directions on the app.
  • Once you press Start, press the 'Gear' in the top right corner for settings. When you turn everything Green except "Mute Video", you will be guided through your workout with audio cues and be able to log your reps and weight. Your workout will move forward automatically. You will have a few seconds of prep time before each exercise, and hear an exercise complete whistle.
  • Exit the Settings area with the X in the top left corner to return to your workout.
  • Use left and right arrows to go backward or forward within the workout. Pause is in the top left corner.
  • Access your Bonus Pdf file in Resources at the lower part of the Home page.
